Sarah Harris
Sarah grew up in North Texas and moved to Dallas for work. After the COVID lockdown, Sarah wanted to try a new fitness routine and discovered Studio 6 Fitness in Lakewood. Sarah fell in love with the high intensity, low impact modern pilates movements and has been hooked ever since. Always challenging herself, Sarah quickly reached S6 Century 100, 250 and 500 milestones. In the Spring 2024, Sarah became certified in Slow Resistance Training and now loves to share her passion for fitness with our S6 Community. When not teaching or training at the studio, you can find Sarah teaching second grade. Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants and/or reading a good book.
