This specialty class is designed to focus on strengthening the glutes, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders & back. Strong glute muscles are extremely important as these muscles can have a major impact on your overall body strength; your glutes support your core, help support a range of exercises and compound movements, as well as help avoid muscle imbalances. Increased duration on the upper body allows for a wider variety of exercises to sculpt every part of your arms and back. Previous S6 Pilates+ experience strongly recommended
