Sara came to Studio 6 with the encouragement from a friend, as a runner, looking for a low impact way to cross-train. Waking up after the first class, feeling sore but with no joint pain; she was hooked. Sara is a client-turned-trainer and has used the Lagree Method to help train and complete many half marathons. The method has changed her view on endurance and strength, and she is excited to share it with clients. Outside of Studio 6, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and traveling (her goal is to visit 100 countries).
