Sandy Lopez
Sandy Lopez, born and raised in Dallas Texas, has a deep passion for helping people in their pursuit of health and fitness. She is a dedicated personal trainer and certified nutrition coach taking a more holistic approach to helping people transform their lives through fitness. Sandy joined Studio 6 in hopes of strengthening her core and enhancing her overall well-being. She fell in love with her new found sense of body-awareness and control she developed through her slow resistance training at Studio 6 Fitness. Sandy strives to offer an empowering class with energy to help clients discover their own strength physically and mentally. When Sandy isn’t in a gym or Studio, she’s enjoying the challenge of indoor rock climbing, bouldering, snowboarding and traveling with loved ones.
