Rebecca started practicing Slow Resistance Training after discovering that it was a low-impact workout that still offered effective strength and cardio training while increasing flexibility and mobility. She loves that the workout continues to be challenging but not defeating. She also enjoys that the slow pace of the workout is physically and mentally engaging. Whether you come to one of her Deep Stretch or Pilates+ classes, her goal is to help clients focus on form to get the best and safest workout. She also makes it her goal for clients to feel confident during and after classes. Her favorite moves are feet in straps that enable you to increase flexibility. When sheβs not at the studio you can find her walking her dog, grabbing dinner with friends, reading, or painting.
