Originally from the east coast, Pam now calls Plano, TX her home. As a personal trainer for the last 20 years, she specializes in aging, oncology and the bariatric populations. She has said that exercise is medicine, seeing the powerful benefits of it for the last 20 years. While healing from a broken ankle injury three years ago, Pam discovered the Lagree Method. She loves the moves, the music, and the challenge it has given her that she never had earlier in her life. It is something she and her husband love to do together, as well as other fun adventures with each other and their kids.
