Originally from Colorado, Madison grew up as a competitive figure skater for 10 years until she moved to Texas her freshman year of high school. She spent high school as a competitive cheerleader with Cheer Athletics and from there as a professional cheerleader with the Dallas Stars. Madison discovered the Lagree Method in 2015 and has been hooked ever since for the high intensity, low impact aspect. It has brought so much positivity to her life that she decided to share her experience with others and become a Studio 6 instructor. Her favorite move is Bungee, because it is a quick, intense move that targets the glutes and hamstrings while working to shape and firm the booty without adding impact to the hip and knee joints.
