
Lauren Wolf
Lauren has a passion for helping others become the best versions of themselves physically and mentally. After just one class at Studio 6 Fitness, she fell in love with the high intensity, low impact movements of Slow Resistance Training. Wanting to share that love with others, Lauren brings a positive and encouraging approach to Pilates while challenging her clients to push themselves to their limits. Outside of the studio, Lauren works in financial services and is very involved in her church community.
