Kristin Robertson
Originally from Baton Rouge, Kristin landed in Dallas in 2016. She soon found Studio 6 and gratefully discovered the first exercise method she ever committed to. After 1,000+ classes, Kristin still loves the shakes, results and feeling of accomplishment she gets from each class. While taking time away from Dallas to care for family, she had the opportunity to teach Pilates in Louisiana. Back in Dallas, she is excited to join the team of talented trainers and deliver a class experience that motivates and challenges each client. The Slow Resistance Training Method is an essential part of Kristin’s wellness routine, promoting strength, flexibility and endurance. Single Leg Squat, Super Reverse Kneeling Crunch and Newspaper are a few of her favorite moves. Outside of the studio, Kristin enjoys exploring Dallas with her boyfriend and spending time dining and lounging with friends and family.
