Kelsey has 9 years experience as a group exercise instructor and has been passionate about fitness her whole life. Growing up she was a competitive figure skater and ran cross-country and track. A native Dallasite, she attended SMU for undergrad and for law school. Soon after completing the bar exam she made a career pivot and returned to her first love – fitness – and ran her own indoor cycling studio for several years. Kelsey found Studio 6 in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the community and the workout. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing people show up for themselves and find their own strength through movement. When she’s not coaching Lagree you can find her at Cooper Aerobics, working in her garden, or spending time with her husband, Michael and their two dogs, Waffles and Winston.
