Kate Kelly

A Dallas native and longtime group exercise enthusiast, Kate spent her 20s and 30s experimenting with everything from HIIT to Barre and Yoga Sculpt. Following the birth of her second child, she started to gravitate to lower impact, core intensive workouts. Kate discovered Studio 6 during the height of the pandemic and became an instant devotee! She believes that The Lagree Method serves all fitness levels and feels called to support clients as they move through their personal fitness journeys—guiding them safely through fun, motivational, energetic workouts! When Kate is not at Studio 6 teaching or taking classes, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband and two young boys. Her favorite move is Escalator Lunge because it challenges her strength, balance, and flexibility simultaneously.
