Jenna Dresser

Jenna grew up doing competitive dance, cheerleading and playing tennis. After college, she ran half marathons and enjoyed HIIT style classes to stay active. After having kids and suffering from low back pain, she began looking for a workout to strengthen her core with low impact on her joints. She loves the challenge that the Studio 6 workout provides and that no two classes are ever the same. She strives to offer a fun class that motivates her clients and keeps them coming back for more! In her free time, Jenna enjoys taking classes and spending time with her husband and two young boys. Her favorite move is Power Lunge because it works several different muscle groups all at the same time.
