Hana Thai

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Hana moved to Dallas to start teaching high school. Looking for a quick but effective full-body workout to fit her busy schedule, she found Studio6 and was instantly hooked on Slow Resistance Training. As a volleyball coach, Hana always reminds her players to challenge their strength, mobility, and balance every day — and she loves bringing that same mindset into her classes. Her goal is to help clients feel strong, grounded, and grateful, reminding them that every chance to move is a way to show up for themselves. Outside the studio, you can usually find Hana on the volleyball court, hanging out with friends and family, or checking out new coffee spots around town.
