Born and raised in DFW, Caroline was first introduced to group fitness while attending the University of Arkansas (Woo Pig!) and she fell in love with the comradery and accountability a fitness community brings. Caroline came across Studio 6 after being burnt out by her predictable gym routines and feeling like her fitness journey had plateaued. Within a few short weeks, she found Lagree’s high intensity, low impact workout strengthening and challenging her body and mind. No matter how many classes she takes, Caroline always finds the method engaging and rewarding. Caroline advocates for each client to reach their fitness goals using a person-centered approach fitness level. When Caroline is not at the studio or working her corporate job, she enjoys cooking, studying for masters, or spending quality time with her boyfriend and family!
