Beth Noon
Born and raised in the Boston area, Beth made Dallas her home in 2006. Exercise is her passion, incorporating a workout into her routine each day! Beth discovered the Slow Resistance Training Method shortly after injuring her hamstring running in the Dallas Marathon. While she still loves running, she thinks the Studio 6 workout is where it’s at! In her free time Beth stays active with her husband and their 3 daughters. Hit up her class for that high intensity pace with that slow muscle burn!
