April Foreman

April fell in love with the Lagree Method over a decade ago while living in Los Angeles. A busy freelance career meant she didn’t have hours to spend in the gym. She wanted an exercise method that delivered results quickly. After relocating to Dallas in 2017 she found Studio 6 and was thrilled to continue Slow Resistance Training. April loves the challenge (and results!) that come with each move and is equally inspired by the instructors and those she works out along side with. She wants everyone in her classes to feel, welcomed, inspired, and challenged, leaving feeling sweaty and accomplished! When not taking classes, you can find April taking a spin around the lake, hanging with her family (aka “the dude brood”), and exploring her new city.
