Challenge yourself with an intense hard core/oblique workout that develops lean strong muscle and improves muscle definition around the central part of the body while adding a full body deep stretch in 50 minutes. Our S6 signature stretch moves incorporate modern pilates reformers to relieve tight hips, hamstrings, calves and shoulders to increase overall flexibility and accelerate muscle recovery. This signature class is not recommended for new clients.
