Seneca Johnson

Originally from Chicago, Seneca moved to Dallas in 2019 and discovered Studio 6 at the beginning of 2024 while searching for a workout that was effective, low-impact, and could get her moving after long hours working from home. She quickly fell in love with the Slow Resistance Training method and, combined with Pilates and weightlifting, was able to lose over 60 pounds — completely transforming her body and lifestyle. Inspired by her own journey and passionate about helping others feel strong and capable, she became certified in SRT in September 2025 and is excited to begin her instructor journey. Outside of the studio, she works as a Tech Analyst for Southwest Airlines and takes full advantage of her travel benefits, always on the lookout for her next adventure!
