Catherine Harris
Catherine is a life-long fitness enthusiast who fell in love with the Slow Resistance Training method after her first class at Studio 6. She became certified and started teaching classes shortly thereafter, and now serves the studio as a senior trainer. She is grateful for the opportunity to share her passion and provide support and encouragement through each and every class she leads. Her favorite moves are Power Lunge, Standing Outer Thigh Squats, and Ab Rollerβ¦ to name a few!Catherine works in the mental health field and has always been fascinated by the powerful effect of exercise on mood and well-being. She strives to offer fun and challenging classes that strengthen the body as well as the spirit. When sheβs not on the mic or on the mega, Catherine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, chasing her son around, working with children, traveling, reading, exploring, and being active.
