Avone Huynh

Avone extends her gratitude to Studio 6 for helping strengthen her into the person she is today. Starting from her first class on the Megaformer back in 2018, she loves how the classes never get easier, but we become stronger in so many ways. For her, Slow Resistance Training is more than a workout, it’s a meditation. Her goal is to inspire others to challenge themselves, develop strength and make a mind-body connection during each class. When she’s not a Studio 6, Avone enjoys her time reading, walking her dog Cannoli, hiking, traveling, training Muay Thai, volunteering at Scottish Rite for Children, and spending time with family and friends.
