Kerry, a Chicago native & TCU graduate, is a known fitness enthusiast and loyal client since meeting Sebastien Lagree and training with him in 2012 at Studio 6. After years of dedication on the Megaformer and the Lagree method, she is now the Director of Training and Master Trainer at Studio 6 Fitness. Kerry is constantly challenging herself and her clients to elevate their fitness levels within the Lagree Method. Her classes are known to be tough, but her energy, motivation and attention to form will push you beyond your limits with results that follow. Her favorite moves are King Cobra, Corkscrew, Back Lunge and Mule Kicks for extreme abs and killer glutes+quads. When she’s not teaching, you can find her working out on the Megaformer, playing tennis, pursuing entrepreneurial interests and enjoying time with friends & family.
