Liz grew up in Austin, TX and later moved to France after college where she worked as an English teacher and kids’ yoga instructor. Upon returning to Texas, she became fully immersed in her love of group fitness classes and quickly became an instructor of various fitness formats including barre, HIIT, and pilates. During the pandemic, Liz took a break from teaching and was focused on being a student when she found her way back to Studio 6 and the Lagree method. She loves the challenging, full-body workouts that Studio 6 and the Lagree Method provides. When Liz is not in the studio she loves to travel, watch Netflix, and try new restaurants.
