Amy T

Amy has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Instructor and a Teacher Trainer for Pilates Academy International. Amy also holds certifications in Core Barre, TRX, Core Suspend and Active Isolated Stretching. Last December Amy started splitting her time between Charleston, WV (where she owns Centered—a Pilates, Barre and Suspension Training studio) and Dallas. After her very first class at Studio 6, Amy knew that Lagree was the missing element in her personal fitness journey. She is thrilled to join the Studio 6 Fitness team and bring her focus on form and fun to all. The only thing Amy loves more than teaching is spending time with her 7-year old son.

  • Mega ABS & ARMS is a one-of-a-kind specialty class that is unlike any other.  Specifically designed to target you from the waist up, with advanced moves and super setting. This "lunge-free" zone will tighten, sculpt and tone your center core, obliques, arms, chest and back on our state of the art Megaformer™.  Previous Megaformer™ experience strongly recommended.  50-minutes.

  • Megaformer LITE
  • If this is your first class or you haven't been in a while, this form-focused class is for you. Our signature workout on the Megaformer™ focuses on fundamental moves, form and slower transitions. Expect the same high intensity, low to no impact movements to burn fat, build long lean muscle, and stabilize your core. Veterans are welcome, as this class is not only designed for new clients but for clients who wish to refine their performance on the Megaformer™. 50 minutes.

  • Megaformer PILATES
  • Our signature class utilizes the patented Megaformer™ to provide a total body, high-octane, muscle quivering workout that melds cardio, strength training and Pilates. You will gain endurance, improve flexibility and strengthen and tone your body in ways traditional exercises cannot. High-energy music carries you through the heart-pumping workout with results you’ll see and feel in 50 min.

  • Mega BUNS & GUNS
  • Mega BUNS & GUNS is a signature workout designed to  focus on strengthening the glutes, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders and back.  Core is strengthened with core stabilization on the patented megaformer with more intense focus on the leg & arm sequences to increase your cardio & strength training on our state of the art Megaformer™.  Increased duration on the upper body allows for a wider variety of exercises to sculpt every part of your arms, back and chest.  50 minutes.
