Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Kristin was active from a very young age playing sports, eventually specializing in swimming where she was an integral member of a nationally recognized club swim team and state high school championship team, setting both personal and team state records. While attending Arizona State University, Kristin found her true passion: teaching group fitness. Kristin became a certified spin instructor and for 9 years taught at a renown spin studio in the Phoenix area becoming a respected fitness instructor in the community. It was during this time that Kristin was introduced to the Lagree Fitness™ Method. Attending her first Megaformer™ class at a local Phoenix studio, she was immediately hooked and found it to be the perfect compliment to her fitness routine. Upon moving to the Dallas area in late 2012, Kristin found Studio 6 Fitness and immediately felt right at home. Kristin is a certified Lagree Fitness™ Instructor and has successfully completed the Studio 6 Fitness Training Program.
In her spare time, Kristin loves spending time with her husband and two dogs.

If this is your first class or you haven't been in a while, this form-focused class is for you. Our signature workout on the Megaformer™ focuses on fundamental moves, form and slower transitions. Expect the same high intensity, low to no impact movements to burn fat, build long lean muscle, and stabilize your core. Veterans are welcome, as this class is not only designed for new clients but for clients who wish to refine their performance on the Megaformer™. 50 minutes.
