Sarah Waller

A Dallas native and fitness devotee, Sarah W. has always been interested in fitness and keeping active. She embarked upon long distance running and speed training about 5 years ago, and then looked for a way to incorporate functional cross training into her weekly regimen. It was then that she found the Lagree fitness workout as a way to enhance her running, adding both increased efficiency to her running form, heightened endurance, and a stronger, leaner core. Sarah remains a loyal client at Studio 6, and now through teaching, she strives to make the most out of the 50 minute workouts. Her classes are upbeat, challenging, and motivating while striving to help clients reach their full potential, whether their goal is a better Wheelbarrow, more energy and strength, or increased cross-functional training.

Kristin Newby

Kristin is a native of Dallas and avid fitness advocate, dabbling in various activities from tennis to horseback riding to yoga and more. As a yoga lover since high school age, Kristin is always looking for ways to improve her practice. Kristin found the Lagree Fitness™ Method to be a perfect compliment of strength and balance to her practice (and to horseback riding too)! Her workouts are challenging with an emphasis on alignment, technique and breath. Kristin loves to participate in class as much as she loves to share the workout with others, so don’t be surprised to find yourself alongside her on any Megaformer™! Kristin is a certified Lagree Fitness™ Instructor and successfully completed the Studio 6 Fitness Training Program.

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys time with her husband, family and friends.

Annie Rosol

Annie is a recent transplant from Minneapolis where she taught the Lagree Fitness™ Method for the past year. She is thrilled to be in Dallas and to join the Studio 6 Fitness Team! Growing up with four brothers, swimming competitively and playing lacrosse, Annie has always been exposed to and enjoyed a very active and athletic lifestyle. She learned early on to appreciate the importance of a healthy and strong body. Annie considers herself quite the fitness guru and has always been up to trying any fitness class out there, but it was when she tried the Lagree Fitness™ Method for the first time that she knew she had found the workout. She quickly became hooked to the Megaformer™ after experiencing such amazing results and overall strengthening of her body. Annie felt so passionately about the effectiveness of the Lagree Fitness™ Method that she decided to further her knowledge of the workout and pursue instructor training. Annie has loved helping her clients to experience the incredible benefits of the Megaformer™ workout and can't wait to share her passion with all of you!

Ana Matsumoto

Ana is what you could call a barre fanatic. With expertise in barre, fitness and dance, she uses her well rounded background to create the perfect barre workout that is challenging yet fun at the same time. Anaʼs passion for fitness started at childhood when she committed to dancing. Her commitment to dance eventually grew to her joining a professional dance company in Houston TX. From 18-21 years of age, Ana enjoyed touring and dancing around the world. After 3 years in the professional dance world, she decided to pursue fitness as a career. Ana studied Kinesiology at the University of North Texas, then moved to Dallas were she continued her barre teaching. Aside from barre, Ana also enjoys her new found passion, the Megaformer!

Sydney Schmidt

Growing up in East Texas, Sydney participated in everything from gymnastics and cheerleading to basketball before leaving for the big city to pursue a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Houston. While in Houston, Sydney took her first group fitness class and was hooked. This lead her to becoming a certified yoga teacher. When she moved to Dallas and discovered Studio 6 Fitness, she immediately fell in love with the workout and saw the many benefits and improvements it added to her yoga practice. When not at the studio, you can find her on her yoga mat, riding bikes with her husband, Matthew, and playing with her two pups, Bubba and Riley!

Amy Teter

Amy has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Instructor and a Teacher Trainer for Pilates Academy International. Amy also holds certifications in Core Barre, TRX, Core Suspend and Active Isolated Stretching. Last December Amy started splitting her time between Charleston, WV (where she owns Centered—a Pilates, Barre and Suspension Training studio) and Dallas. After her very first class at Studio 6, Amy knew that Lagree was the missing element in her personal fitness journey. She is thrilled to join the Studio 6 Fitness team and bring her focus on form and fun to all. The only thing Amy loves more than teaching is spending time with her 7-year old son.

Kerry McStay

Kerry is a known fitness enthusiast and loyal client since meeting Sebastien Lagree and training with him in 2012 at Studio 6.  Self motivated and dedicated to fitness, Kerry was an avid runner, tennis player and kick boxer for years.  Due to overuse and her extreme high impact work-outs, Kerry developed a knee injury and her sports physical therapist recommended Pilates as part of her rehabilitation to build strength.   She is constantly challenging herself to elevate her fitness level while protecting her joints, which reinforces her passion for Lagree Megaformer workouts at Studio 6.  When she’s not training, you can find her with her family (husband Judge, also a Studio 6 client, and two sons Dutch & Cash), on the tennis court, pursuing entrepreneurial interests and enjoying time with friends.  You can always count on a challenging and intense workout when you sign up with Kerry.   

Margaret Suarez

is a native of sunny southern California and was raised playing sports, participating on dance teams, and performing in theater arts. Margaret strengthened her love for fitness when she moved to Dallas, Texas in 2007. Trying all of the latest and greatest fitness regimes, Margaret quickly found her connection with Pilates. She took her first Lagree Fitness class in 2010 and sought every studio of its kind during her visits home. 

Margaret believes that the key to transforming your body lies in the intensity of the workouts, the motivational group setting, upbeat music, and devoted trainers. She is thrilled to be part of the Studio 6 Fitness team!

Margaret was certified with Power Pilates - Mat & Comprehensive in 2012.

Elizabeth Lindberg

Elizabeth is true combination of East and West. Born in South Korea, she was raised in Texas with an Asian discipline and emphasis on hard work. At the University of Texas at Austin, Elizabeth excelled as President of College of Business and was chosen to give the commencement address. After UT, Elizabeth went to Wall Street with Morgan Stanley and to Singapore with Citibank Asia Pacific. Upon returning to the states, she joined Procter&Gamble and began to raise a family in Dallas. Always a fitness enthusiast, Elizabeth especially loved tennis. After sidelined by tennis injuries, Elizabeth discovered Pilates and soon became passionate about Lagree Fitness. After training with Sebastian Lagree in Los Angeles, she was eager to bring his workouts to Dallas and found the perfect location at Preston Forest Shopping Center. As a Preston Hollow resident for more than 20 years, Elizabeth is proud to open Studio 6 Fitness. Her mission is to provide an efficient, results oriented workout for all ages in an inspiring and supportive environment.

Vanessa Richeson

Vanessa, a native of Dallas, combines her two loves of traveling and running by participating in marathons around the globe. She recently completed the Great Wall of China Marathon this past year, said to be one of the top ten hardest marathons in the world. Upon her return to the states she was in need of a workout that would reduce the impact on her knees and wear on her body from running. It was then she fell in love with the Megaformer. Her love became a need, which prompted her to make the decision to become an instructor. Certified in the Lagree Fitness method Vanessa's desire is to inspire self-confidence, believing it's not how you look, but how you feel.

Kalyn Potter

Kalyn is a yogi with a passion for hardcore workouts. Her captive interest in the fitness industry and love of movement led her to pursue a degree in Health and Wellness from TCU. Shortly after graduating she landed in Dallas to become a personal trainer. Since then, she has fallen in love with the practice and mindfulness of yoga and has been teaching since 2014. She continued to grow her body of knowledge by adding a Masters in Nutrition and most recently, learning the science behind the Lagree method! Her newfound passion for the Megaformer at Studio 6 Fitness has given her the strength necessary to further amplify her yoga practice and other fitness pursuits. Her favorite Megaformer exercise is the Side Kick due to it’s strength training and endurance building benefits. Outside of the fitness and wellness world, Kalyn loves to travel with a goal of visiting 2 new countries per year!
Our signature class utilizes the patented Megaformer™ to provide a total body, high-octane, muscle quivering workout that melds cardio, strength training and Pilates. You will gain endurance, improve flexibility and strengthen and tone your body in ways traditional exercises cannot. High-energy music carries you through the heart-pumping workout with results you’ll see and feel in 50 min.
