A Houston native and University of Texas graduate, Michele’s desire to become an instructor began first as an avid client. Michele took her first Megaformer class in 2014, six weeks after her 3rd child was born and was immediately hooked. Within her first few Lagree Fitness classes, she noticed the drastic changes it had on her body were unlike those from any other workout she had done. As a devoted practitioner and believer in this style of fitness, she was motivated to share her experiences, become an advocate and pursue instructing. In her free time Michele loves hanging out with her three children & husband, travel, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends.
Deirdre has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and fitness, and is a firm believer in Pilates based exercises, becoming first certified in 2003 while working as a Physical Therapist in London, England. There she saw the benefits of core stabilization exercises in all ages and in all types of people. She loved seeing her clients achieve their goal and reach their potential from working these key muscle groups. Deirdre first jumped on a Megaformer at Studio 6 in 2014 and instantly fell in love with the Lagree workout and principles of Studio 6. When not working out or teaching at Studio 6, Deirdre is kept busy with her two hockey-loving sons, working as a Physical Therapist and traveling with her family.
Madeleine is originally from England, but thinks of Texas as her true home now. She rode horses when younger and then became an avid runner, like a lot of people, injuries put an end to that activity. Boredom in gym workouts lead her to her first taste of pilates in 2011, but it wasn't until she joined Studio 6 Fitness in 2017 that she saw real results in both her physical stamina, energy and appearance. She loved the combination of full body workouts combined with strong encouragement and challenges. It became a passion from day one and has never waned. Madeleine believes Studio 6 Fitness is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and hopes to encourage clients to build on challenges one day at a time, and for them to discover with excitement how much they have achieved.
