Amanda Boylan

As an avid yogi, Amanda has always loved fitness. She sought out the Lagree Method to add some variety to her workout routine, and she fell in the love with how the low-impact full-body workout strengthened and toned her body in ways other classes couldn’t. When she is not at Studio 6, Amanda enjoys working as a criminal defense attorney, traveling to new places, and exploring the outdoors with her puppy Archie. Her favorite move is Dancing Bear, because the core and obliques are simultaneously lengthened and strengthened.
