Vanessa


A native of Dallas, Vanessa combines her two passions for traveling and running by participating in marathons around the globe. This past year, she completed the Great Wall of China Marathon, which is said to be one of the top ten hardest marathons in the world! Upon her return to the states, she was in need of a workout that would reduce the impact on her knees that comes from running. It was then that she discovered the Megaformer™ and immediately fell in love. Her love turned into an addiction, which prompted her to get certified to teach the Lagree Fitness™ Method. Vanessa's desire is to inspire self confidence, believing that it doesn't come from how you look but how you feel!
