Kristin is a native of Dallas and avid fitness advocate, dabbling in various activities from tennis to horseback riding to yoga and more. As a yoga lover since high school age, Kristin is always looking for ways to improve her practice. Kristin found the Lagree Fitness™ Method to be a perfect compliment of strength and balance to her practice (and to horseback riding too)! Her workouts are challenging with an emphasis on alignment, technique and breath. Kristin loves to participate in class as much as she loves to share the workout with others, so don’t be surprised to find yourself alongside her on any Megaformer™! Kristin is a certified Lagree Fitness™ Instructor and successfully completed the Studio 6 Fitness Training Program.
In her spare time, Kristin enjoys time with her husband, family and friends.
