What is your favorite part of being an instructor: I love being able to share with others something that I love so much.
Why do you love the Megaformer/Favorite move: For me, the Megaformer was love at first lunge. The intensity of the classes had me hooked and the fact that Lagree is challenging on your muscles, but not on the joints kept me going. My favorite exercise is the Elevator Lunge— It’s such a classic that works in all the right ways.
What three things can’t you live without: Naps, Coffee, and Sunshine!!
How long have you been in the fitness industry: Been teaching Lagree Since 2009
Favorite post-workout snack: I really like fresh fruit— Right now I’m really enjoying the Sumo Oranges in season now!
Biggest pet peeve: I travel a lot, so I’ve notice a lot of several strange traveller habits. When flights are full and overhead bin space is a precious commodity, please don’t put your jackets up there. ::shakes head::
Dream vacation spot: South Africa is next on the list!
Favorite thing to do when you’re not teaching: Rock Climbing / Bouldering with my beau Spencer.

Personal fitness secret: Take the time to figure out what you really want to achieve and the work you’re willing to commit to get there. Notice how many little opportunities there are to make progress— And take them!
