“I tried my first Mega Pilates class in mid-April of this year and loved it, but also realized just how weak my core and upper body were. Determined to tone and strengthen my body, I purchased more classes. I heard about the Megaformer challenge from Noel and decided to sign up and commit to weigh in, take measurements and attend 2 classes per week for the month of May.
I could not believe how quickly I started feeling stronger in my abdominal and oblique muscles and seeing more definition in my arms. With each class I was able to push and challenge myself more and improve my balance and form. Let’s just say I was hooked!
The group challenge became secondary to my own personal challenge; however, in the month of the challenge I was able to lose 7 lbs. and 8.5 inches overall. I have only taken classes with a few instructors so far, but Emily, Sarah, Ana, Angela and Elizabeth are all great!
