Favorite Megaformer exercise?
Scrambled Egg! It’s a challenging move, but I like that it works my upper body, core, and lower body all in one exercise.
Any must-haves on your playlist?
Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, and definitely some hip-hop!
What’s your favorite post-workout snack?
I like grabbing a fresh pressed juice or Kind bar-Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt is my favorite.
Aside from teaching at Studio 6, what is your favorite thing to do?
I love watching sports and also enjoy playing golf when the weather is nice out.
