Kerry M

Kerry is a known fitness enthusiast and loyal client since meeting Sebastien Lagree and training with him in 2012 at Studio 6.  Self motivated and dedicated to fitness, Kerry was an avid runner, tennis player and kick boxer for years.  Due to overuse and her extreme high impact work-outs, Kerry developed a knee injury and her sports physical therapist recommended Pilates as part of her rehabilitation to build strength.   She is constantly challenging herself to elevate her fitness level while protecting her joints, which reinforces her passion for Lagree Megaformer workouts at Studio 6.  When she’s not training, you can find her with her family (husband Judge, also a Studio 6 client, and two sons Dutch & Cash), on the tennis court, pursuing entrepreneurial interests and enjoying time with friends.  You can always count on a challenging and intense workout when you sign up with Kerry.   

Cindy G

A Pittsburgh native and former University of Maryland Division 1 swimmer, Cindy was looking for a way to stay in top shape post-college. After trying virtually every workout under the sun, she found Lagree Fitness and has been hooked on the Megaformer ever since. Having taught for multiple studios on the East Coast for the past two years, Cindy is thrilled to be teaching for Studio 6 Fitness in Dallas. Her favorite thing about coaching is getting to know her clients and seeing them accomplish their goals. She brings energy and enthusiasm to every workout and loves to challenge her students while still having fun.

Vanessa R

Vanessa, a native of Dallas, combines her two loves of traveling and running by participating in marathons around the globe. She recently completed the Great Wall of China Marathon this past year, said to be one of the top ten hardest marathons in the world. Upon her return to the states she was in need of a workout that would reduce the impact on her knees and wear on her body from running. It was then she fell in love with the Megaformer. Her love became a need, which prompted her to make the decision to become an instructor. Certified in the Lagree Fitness method Vanessa's desire is to inspire self-confidence, believing it's not how you look, but how you feel.

Emily H

Emily is a dedicated instructor with intense and challenging classes that focus on form and smooth transitions that will keep you coming back for more.

Emily's determination to lose the 70 pounds she gained after her pregnancy led her to her discovery of Pilates. In 2008, Emily became a certified Power Pilates Instructor and a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer.  Emily continues to travel to Hollywood several times a year to attend Sebastian Lagree's ongoing training on the Megaformer and is currently certified. Today, Emily shares her passion for fitness and nutrition with others and specializes in body sculpting and transformations.

Emily has competed in several NPC Fitness Bikini Competitions where she placed in the top 5!

Emily is one of our senior level instructors and Training Coordinators at Studio 6 Fitness.
