Risa W

Growing up in West Texas, Risa has always been an avid fitness and outdoors enthusiast. She participated in sports throughout her childhood playing competitive tennis up through high school where she obtained a state "super champ" rating. Risa took her first Megaformer class in 2011 and was immediately hooked onto Pilates and Lagree Fitness. Within her first few classes she noticed the positive changes it had on her body were unlike any other workout she had done. An avid client and believer in the workout, she was motivated to share her experiences with others and pursued instructing. In 2013, Risa earned her Pilates certification through Peak Pilates and was trained and certified in Lagree Fitness under Sebastian Lagree.
As a client turned instructor, Risa uses her experiences to motivate and inspire her clients to dig deeper, push harder and have fun to make the most of their 50 minutes. She hopes you will leave her class feeling strong, energized and smiling! When not instructing, Risa can be found with her two children, riding her horse, on the tennis court, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends.

Maggie R

Born and raised in Dallas, Maggie has always been passionate about health and fitness, whether it was competitive gymnastics or high school cheerleading. She attended college at USC in Los Angeles and fell into a gym cardio rut, spending hours a week on the elliptical machine. Feeling like there must be a better (and faster) way to stay in shape, she discovered yoga and BARRE classes. When it came to BARRE, Maggie fell in love with the fun music, the efficient workouts that get right to those muscles everyone wants to tone and strengthen, and of course the results. After discovering Studio 6 Fitness and the results driven Megaformer, Maggie knew this was a perfect combination! As a teacher, Maggie is so excited to share this workout with others. Her goal is to create challenging, results-driven workouts so that her students leave feeling stronger and more empowered than when they walked in the door. When not teaching, Maggie loves spending time with her husband at their home near White Rock lake.

Ana M

Ana is what you could call a barre fanatic. With expertise in barre, fitness and dance, she uses her well rounded background to create the perfect barre workout that is challenging yet fun at the same time. Anaʼs passion for fitness started at childhood when she committed to dancing. Her commitment to dance eventually grew to her joining a professional dance company in Houston TX. From 18-21 years of age, Ana enjoyed touring and dancing around the world. After 3 years in the professional dance world, she decided to pursue fitness as a career. Ana studied Kinesiology at the University of North Texas, then moved to Dallas were she continued her barre teaching. Aside from barre, Ana also enjoys her new found passion, the Megaformer!

Bobbie Jo S

Bobbie Jo is a devoted and unique instructor offering an intense and challenging pilates class that will keep you coming back for more.  An avid yogi  for over 25 years, she has a diverse background that includes dance, nursing, as well as classically trained pilates in mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrel -- however, Bobbie Jo immediately fell in love with the Megaformer at Studio 6 Fitness.  
Despite her many accomplishments, Bobbie Jo is most proud of her three amazing kids: Tucker recent graduate Lipscomb University and heading to Medical School, Jack attending the University of Arkansas and Julia who will be in 8th grade at Christ the King School in Dallas.  

Vanessa R

Vanessa, a native of Dallas, combines her two loves of traveling and running by participating in marathons around the globe. She recently completed the Great Wall of China Marathon this past year, said to be one of the top ten hardest marathons in the world. Upon her return to the states she was in need of a workout that would reduce the impact on her knees and wear on her body from running. It was then she fell in love with the Megaformer. Her love became a need, which prompted her to make the decision to become an instructor. Certified in the Lagree Fitness method Vanessa's desire is to inspire self-confidence, believing it's not how you look, but how you feel.

Angela M

Angela has over 15 years of experience as a yoga, Pilates, and group exercise instructor. She began her fitness career traveling the world working as a dancer and lead fitness coordinator for Norwegian Cruise Line. A native Texan, Angela has an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College and holds fitness certifications through AFAA, YogaFit, and PolestarPilates with specialty certifications in Reformer Pilates, Barre, Zumba, Resistance Training, and Aqua.

Angela believes working out should be fun. She brings fun music and high energy to all of her classes; putting together workouts and classes that are always different, always interesting and leave you feeling fantastic!
Aside from training, Angela loves her life as a soccer mom and spending time with her 5 pets.

Benson K

Benson is passionate about overall health and believes that exercise should challenge the body and energize the spirit. He carries that philosophy into his workouts to keep clients motivated and feeling their best.  Benson's classes give clients a full body workout fueled by uplifting music (he's also a DJ) and engaging positive energy. A former All-American swimmer, Benson grew up training with and competing against world-class athletes and he has coached elite athletes of all ages. He discovered the Lagree method four years ago to add balance and healing to his regime after feeling the wear on his body from years of swimming and the mental burnout from typical gym workouts. He quickly saw results and became a fan of the mind/body connection found in Megaformer Pilates. 

Jean A

Born and raised in Dallas, Jean took a real interest in fitness and working out in her twenties as a preventative measure. Coming from a long line of diabetics, Jean looked to fitness to prevent a personal fate of being hospitalized in her thirties like much of her family.
Jean has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2003 and has several specializations under her belt, including more traditional Pilates practices. Jean has done personal training in gym, clinical and personal settings, even hosting her own live streaming workouts through the internet. In 2012, she started her own wellness company called Generation Fitness that educates people in proper exercise, nutrition, popular trends and what to look for when hiring a personal trainer.
Jean fell in love with the Megaformer and the Lagree Method after finding the wear and tear on her body to be too much from traditional gym workouts. Jean’s belief in the importance of proper from is perfectly matched with Studio 6 Fitness workouts. When she is not in the studio inspiring clients, Jean is usually spending time with her daughter, jogging with their dogs, participating at school functions or gardening. Jean has a extensive background in the fitness industry, including certifications in the following, just to name a few.

Catherine H

Catherine is a Dallas native whose original fitness passion was running. She discovered group fitness after a series of injuries caused her to seek out low-impact exercise options. While she continues to enjoy a wide variety of group fitness classes, she was so smitten with Studio 6 and the Lagree method that she decided to become an instructor!

Catherine works in the mental health field and has always been fascinated by the powerful effect of exercise on mood and well-being. She strives to offer fun and challenging classes that strengthen the body as well as the spirit.

In her free time, Catherine enjoys traveling, honing her Spanish skills, reading, and spending time with her husband Chance and two pups, Jack Bauer and Maeby Funke.

Our signature class utilizes the patented Megaformer™ to provide a total body, high-octane, muscle quivering workout that melds cardio, strength training and Pilates. You will gain endurance, improve flexibility and strengthen and tone your body in ways traditional exercises cannot. High-energy music carries you through the heart-pumping workout with results you’ll see and feel in 50 min.
