Bobbie Jo S

Bobbie Jo is a devoted and unique instructor offering an intense and challenging pilates class that will keep you coming back for more.  An avid yogi  for over 25 years, she has a diverse background that includes dance, nursing, as well as classically trained pilates in mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrel -- however, Bobbie Jo immediately fell in love with the Megaformer at Studio 6 Fitness.  
 
Despite her many accomplishments, Bobbie Jo is most proud of her three amazing kids: Tucker recent graduate Lipscomb University and heading to Medical School, Jack attending the University of Arkansas and Julia who will be in 8th grade at Christ the King School in Dallas.  

Vanessa R

Vanessa, a native of Dallas, combines her two loves of traveling and running by participating in marathons around the globe. She recently completed the Great Wall of China Marathon this past year, said to be one of the top ten hardest marathons in the world. Upon her return to the states she was in need of a workout that would reduce the impact on her knees and wear on her body from running. It was then she fell in love with the Megaformer. Her love became a need, which prompted her to make the decision to become an instructor. Certified in the Lagree Fitness method Vanessa's desire is to inspire self-confidence, believing it's not how you look, but how you feel.

Ana M

Ana is what you could call a barre fanatic. With expertise in barre, fitness and dance, she uses her well rounded background to create the perfect barre workout that is challenging yet fun at the same time. AnaŹ¼s passion for fitness started at childhood when she committed to dancing. Her commitment to dance eventually grew to her joining a professional dance company in Houston TX. From 18-21 years of age, Ana enjoyed touring and dancing around the world. After 3 years in the professional dance world, she decided to pursue fitness as a career. Ana studied Kinesiology at the University of North Texas, then moved to Dallas were she continued her barre teaching. Aside from barre, Ana also enjoys her new found passion, the Megaformer!

Elizabeth L

Elizabeth is true combination of East and West. Born in South Korea, she was raised in Texas with an Asian discipline and emphasis on hard work. At the University of Texas at Austin, Elizabeth excelled as President of College of Business and was chosen to give the commencement address. After UT, Elizabeth went to Wall Street with Morgan Stanley and to Singapore with Citibank Asia Pacific. Upon returning to the states, she joined Procter&Gamble and began to raise a family in Dallas. Always a fitness enthusiast, Elizabeth especially loved tennis. After sidelined by tennis injuries, Elizabeth discovered Pilates and soon became passionate about Lagree Fitness. After training with Sebastian Lagree in Los Angeles, she was eager to bring his workouts to Dallas and found the perfect location at Preston Forest Shopping Center. As a Preston Hollow resident for more than 20 years, Elizabeth is proud to open Studio 6 Fitness. Her mission is to provide an efficient, results oriented workout for all ages in an inspiring and supportive environment.

Bethany M

One word to describe Bethany: Dynamic! An engaging instructor at Studio 6, Bethany's classes reflect her diverse fitness background. Not only is Bethany an Examiner for the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and a Turbo Kick Gold cardio kickboxing instructor, she also trains indoor cycling,boot camp style classes, and PiYo (combination Pilates/Yoga)! Get ready for a challenge with Bethany.

Linda M

Linda started taking ballet at the age of 3. Over the course of 15 years she expanded to many disciplines of dance, including Mexican Folkloric, Flamenco, Tap, Jazz/Hip-Hop and Ballet.
 
A native Texan, Linda completed her Bachelors and Master degree in Dietetics at the University of Texas Health Science Center. With a true passion for wellness and proactive care, Linda enjoys developing wellness plans to help others reach their goals.
 
After graduation, Linda discovered Studio 6 Fitness and was instantly hooked. She fell in love with the Lagree Fitness Method™, and knew there was no workout experience like the Megaformer™! In the studio, Linda teaches a music-driven, athletic and challenging class that changes you mentally and physically.
 
On her off time, Linda loves to travel and spend time with her family and puppy, Reyna!

Cindy G

A Pittsburgh native and former University of Maryland Division 1 swimmer, Cindy was looking for a way to stay in top shape post-college. After trying virtually every workout under the sun, she found Lagree Fitness and has been hooked on the Megaformer ever since. Having taught for multiple studios on the East Coast for 3 years, Cindy was thrilled to be teaching for Studio 6 Fitness in Dallas. Her favorite thing about coaching is getting to know her clients and seeing them accomplish their goals. She brings energy and enthusiasm to every workout and loves to challenge her students while still having fun.

Katelyn W

Katelyn became addicted with the full body and low impact workout, that hits every muscle in 50 mins, and gives her the muscle tone/definition she loves.  After years of training in competitive gymnastics  at WOGA (with Nastia Liukin and Carly Patterson), competing on the world champion cheer athletics team, high school varsity cheer team, nationals, and also "all American" in cheerleading, it was difficult for Katelyn to find any workout she could stick to until she discovered the megaformer.  In 2015, Katelyn received her Lagree Certification and became a trainer at Studio 6 Fitness

Benson K

Benson is passionate about overall health and believes that exercise should challenge the body and energize the spirit. He carries that philosophy into his workouts to keep clients motivated and feeling their best.  Benson's classes give clients a full body workout fueled by uplifting music (he's also a DJ) and engaging positive energy. A former All-American swimmer, Benson grew up training with and competing against world-class athletes and he has coached elite athletes of all ages. He discovered the Lagree method four years ago to add balance and healing to his regime after feeling the wear on his body from years of swimming and the mental burnout from typical gym workouts. He quickly saw results and became a fan of the mind/body connection found in Megaformer Pilates. 

Risa W

Growing up in West Texas, Risa has always been an avid fitness and outdoors enthusiast. She participated in sports throughout her childhood playing competitive tennis up through high school where she obtained a state "super champ" rating. Risa took her first Megaformer class in 2011 and was immediately hooked onto Pilates and Lagree Fitness. Within her first few classes she noticed the positive changes it had on her body were unlike any other workout she had done. An avid client and believer in the workout, she was motivated to share her experiences with others and pursued instructing. In 2013, Risa earned her Pilates certification through Peak Pilates and was trained and certified in Lagree Fitness under Sebastian Lagree.
As a client turned instructor, Risa uses her experiences to motivate and inspire her clients to dig deeper, push harder and have fun to make the most of their 50 minutes. She hopes you will leave her class feeling strong, energized and smiling! When not instructing, Risa can be found with her two children, riding her horse, on the tennis court, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends.

Kristin C

Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Kristin was active from a very young age playing sports, eventually specializing in swimming where she was an integral member of a nationally recognized club swim team and state high school championship team, setting both personal and team state records. While attending Arizona State University, Kristin found her true passion: teaching group fitness. Kristin became a certified spin instructor and for 9 years taught at a renown spin studio in the Phoenix area becoming a respected fitness instructor in the community. It was during this time that Kristin was introduced to the Lagree Fitness™ Method. Attending her first Megaformer™ class at a local Phoenix studio, she was immediately hooked and found it to be the perfect compliment to her fitness routine. Upon moving to the Dallas area in late 2012, Kristin found Studio 6 Fitness and immediately felt right at home. Kristin is a certified Lagree Fitness™ Instructor and has successfully completed the Studio 6 Fitness Training Program.

In her spare time, Kristin loves spending time with her husband and two dogs.

Sarah W

A Dallas native and fitness devotee, Sarah W. has always been interested in fitness and keeping active. She embarked upon long distance running and speed training about 5 years ago, and then looked for a way to incorporate functional cross training into her weekly regimen. It was then that she found the Lagree fitness workout as a way to enhance her running, adding both increased efficiency to her running form, heightened endurance, and a stronger, leaner core. Sarah remains a loyal client at Studio 6, and now through teaching, she strives to make the most out of the 50 minute workouts. Her classes are upbeat, challenging, and motivating while striving to help clients reach their full potential, whether their goal is a better Wheelbarrow, more energy and strength, or increased cross-functional training.

Margaret S

is a native of sunny southern California and was raised playing sports, participating on dance teams, and performing in theater arts. Margaret strengthened her love for fitness when she moved to Dallas, Texas in 2007. Trying all of the latest and greatest fitness regimes, Margaret quickly found her connection with Pilates. She took her first Lagree Fitness class in 2010 and sought every studio of its kind during her visits home. 

Margaret believes that the key to transforming your body lies in the intensity of the workouts, the motivational group setting, upbeat music, and devoted trainers. She is thrilled to be part of the Studio 6 Fitness team!

Margaret was certified with Power Pilates - Mat & Comprehensive in 2012.

Annie R

Annie is a recent transplant from Minneapolis where she taught the Lagree Fitness™ Method for the past year. She is thrilled to be in Dallas and to join the Studio 6 Fitness Team! Growing up with four brothers, swimming competitively and playing lacrosse, Annie has always been exposed to and enjoyed a very active and athletic lifestyle. She learned early on to appreciate the importance of a healthy and strong body. Annie considers herself quite the fitness guru and has always been up to trying any fitness class out there, but it was when she tried the Lagree Fitness™ Method for the first time that she knew she had found the workout. She quickly became hooked to the Megaformer™ after experiencing such amazing results and overall strengthening of her body. Annie felt so passionately about the effectiveness of the Lagree Fitness™ Method that she decided to further her knowledge of the workout and pursue instructor training. Annie has loved helping her clients to experience the incredible benefits of the Megaformer™ workout and can't wait to share her passion with all of you!
Is this your first time to our studio? Has it been awhile since you’ve attended a class? This beginner class introduces you to the Lagree Method, the Megaformer and has a slower transition pace. Mega LITE will guide you through the essential Lagree exercises and focus on form and technique.  This specialty class will offer the same full body, low impact workout you crave. We want you to have fun and make it your own! 50-minutes.
